What awaits you?

During your three years of training, supervised by experienced and motivated trainers, you will discover different departments and become familiar with the daily life of Raiffeisen Bank Neuchâtel and Vallées.

Additionally, you will study banking theory and techniques at the CYP (Professional Competence Center for Banks) in Lausanne.

You will complete internships in the branches of our activity area (Neuchâtel Littoral, Val-de-Travers, Val-de-Ruz).

What do you bring?

You have successfully completed your compulsory schooling or are currently in your final year with good or very good grades;
You have an interest in banking activities and human contact;
You are willing to acquire professional knowledge and social skills;
You are motivated and appreciate teamwork;
Your residence is within the bank's area of activity.
