For our Bern location, we are looking for a

Pharma Specialist – Fractionation

In this responsible role, you are in charge of fractionation – the initial coarse separation of human blood plasma. The blood plasma is pooled and filtered after cold ethanol precipitations. The remaining filter cake is isolated and prepared for further processing.

Your main tasks include:

• Together with your team members, you are responsible for pooling and further processing of the plasma
• You operate the corresponding production equipment and analytical devices, monitor the process flows, and document the performed activities
• You are capable of constructively participating in problem-solving processes
• Furthermore, you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment and cleanrooms
• In this function, you work in a shift model (early, middle, and late shifts as well as weekends)

Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• You have completed vocational training, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food sector
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a production company
• You place great value on precise, clean work, are committed, and enjoy working in a team
• Very good oral and written German skills complete your profile
