Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electrical) always function perfectly – for more comfort, safety and efficiency.

What to expect

• Operating and monitoring technical systems Regularly inspecting and assessing the properties and building infrastructure and reporting any defects
• Conducting fault analyses and taking appropriate measures
• Coordinating and performing inspection, maintenance and repair work
• Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
• Receiving and independently handling enquiries as the contact person for the customer
• On-call duty

What you bring

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the field of caretaking or building technology
• Several years of experience in managing complex building technology systems
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
• Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use internal programmes
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to perform on-call duty
