certified nursing specialist (a) 60–100%
Shape nursing, empower people – your field of activity with us
- You care for and support our patients with high personal responsibility, professionally, patient-oriented, and according to the latest findings
- You ensure nursing quality and document it carefully.
- You work closely in the interdisciplinary team with doctors, therapists, and other professionals
- You take on the leadership of nursing groups with health professionals, nursing assistants, as well as students and trainees
- You conduct the nursing process (including service recording of materials and care) – supported by the Clinical Information System Clinical – and commit yourself to the continuous optimisation of nursing procedures
What you need to be successful
- You are a certified nurse (HF/FH) or close to completion and ideally have already gained experience in acute care
- You find the broad medical spectrum of a familiar peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
- You treat people with respect and appreciation, as the best possible care of our patients is your top priority
- You work carefully, conscientiously, and gladly take on responsibility
- Further development is a matter of course for you and you want to continuously expand your skills
- You master the German language confidently (B2 certificate is the minimum requirement for non-native applicants)
