Controlling

• Ensuring comprehensive controlling, especially in the production area
• Preparation of target/actual comparisons, scenarios for management, and monthly analyses of business development
• Preparation of monthly accruals of direct production costs
• Support in the introduction of production software
• Identification and implementation of optimisation measures and efficiency improvement opportunities

Reporting

• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of monthly reporting, with a special focus on production-related topics
• Ensuring timely provision of information for management

Planning/Forecast

• Coordination and moderation of all planning steps including plausibility checks
• Coordination with budget holders and the parent company or group

Other Activities

• Initiation and execution of special projects as well as ad-hoc analyses
• Participation in financial projects and cross-departmental teams
• Risk controller and ICS responsibility for the control areas of controlling, risk management, and ESG
• Representation of the company CFO
• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in logistics or transport
• Strong analytical skills, experience in resource management and process optimisation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• High IT affinity (very good Excel skills; experience with SAP, production software, and BI tools desirable)
