BACHTELEN
Do you want to empower children in their development, accompany them and also make a difference and contribute yourself?
At Bachtelen, children, adolescents and young adults are at the centre – we support them in challenging life situations with heart, mind and a pinch of humour. In a strong team both personally and professionally, we shape their everyday lives together and create spaces for development.
The Böglihuus offers 10 children and adolescents a safe place to live 365 days a year. Embedded in the social environment of Derendingen, the house enables everyday and life-world oriented support. Through integration into the residential neighbourhood, proximity to school, leisure and support services, as well as cooperation with parents, legal representatives and specialist agencies, we create good conditions for development, participation and independence. Our work is based on trust, participation and relationship building at eye level. Professionally, we orient ourselves on trauma pedagogical principles, the principles of life-world orientation as well as empowerment, thereby creating a structured, reliable framework and a safe place where children can grow and develop their strengths.
