Your Tasks
- Creating care plans in consultation with the resident and care staff
- Conducting individual care based on biographical aspects
- Conducting and organising group care
- Maintaining contact with relatives
- Organising and participating in events and excursions
- Attending department and area meetings
- Creating duty rosters for care staff
- Conducting employee interviews
- Ensuring high-quality care for our residents
- Conducting team meetings within the care team in cooperation with the nursing management and ward managers
- Participating in and supporting new projects
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a care specialist according to § 87b
- Social competence and communication skills, especially in staff leadership
- Composure and professional handling of illness-related special behaviours
- Psychological stability and the ability to reflect on one’s own actions
- Teamwork, reliability and flexibility
