Start date: Immediate or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Mandate support: Supporting our mandate managers in the areas of non-life and personal insurance
• Customer satisfaction: Ensuring excellent advice and support for our customers
• Insurance analyses: Creating and comparing tenders and offers
• Administrative support: Close collaboration and communication with insurance companies to clarify detailed questions and conditions

Your profile:

• Qualification: Insurance intermediary VBV or insurance specialist with a federal diploma
• Professional experience: Several years of experience at an insurance company or insurance broker
• Language skills: Confident German in spoken and written form; English and French are advantageous
• Initiative: You actively seek challenges, enjoy engaging with customers, and drive topics forward with energy
• Mindset: You work in a structured, precise, and responsible manner and are eager to make an impact in a growth-oriented team
