We are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement for our headquarters in Bern and offer a versatile position.

Your area of responsibility

Management of the operation and overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the site (business management, staff management, customer responsibility, responsible for production, technology, logistics, strategic planning and process optimisation)

Integrating new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships

Team development, promoting the development of employees and ensuring internal communication exchange

Monthly reporting, budget responsibility, preparation and adherence to budgets and management of CAPEX projects

Process optimisation, introduction and continuous improvement of processes and responsible for process creation

Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations and standards

Your profile

Completed studies in business administration or in the technical field (engineering or logistics) or equivalent training with further education in management (corporate management) and personnel management

Experience in comparable leadership positions in industry is an advantage

Sound knowledge in leading and developing teams (at least 100 employees) as well as in managing complex operational processes

Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets as well as in project management

Strong process thinking and an affinity for continuous improvement and quality optimisation, pronounced sense of responsibility for hygiene regulations and safety standards

Entrepreneurial, communicative, assertive, well-organised and proactive leadership personality with the ability to select, lead and support their own employees appropriately

Very good German skills (C2) are a prerequisite, English skills are an advantage
