For our growing Transaction Team in Zurich Seefeld, we are looking for a motivated individual as of 1 January 2027 for the position of Transaction Manager Real Estate Direct (m/f/d) 100%.

Your tasks

• Proactive identification and recording of real estate investment opportunities
• Comprehensive management of the purchase and sales process of properties
• Preparation of internal valuations as well as review of external appraisals
• Preparation of market and location analyses
• Preparation of internal decision-making documents for the relevant committees
• Cold acquisition of propertiesMaintenance and expansion of the network

Our requirements

• Completed studies (university/FH) in engineering, architecture or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in real estate transactions
• Experience with property valuation (DCF, WP Dimensions)
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market as well as an established network
• Fluent German and very good English skills (French advantageous)
• Precise and structured working method
• Negotiation skills
