Summary
~ Lead the implementation of a sustainable patient access strategy at the local level (CPO). Collect and analyse data to generate insights for patient access submissions that jointly create value for customers, patients and Novartis.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities
~ Lead projects to submit patient access dossiers to regulatory authorities
applying high standards of operational excellence.
~ Provide relevant input to local product development decisions.
~ Provide analytical justification for cost-effectiveness analyses.
~ Maintain and update all relevant P&R tools and systems.
~ Create insightful reports that translate the results of relevant data analysis on Novartis product pricing and reimbursement strategy and that of its competitors into impactful business recommendations.
~ Establish and leverage strong networks and relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders and key individual and institutional decision-makers, to optimise the positioning and messaging of Novartis products and facilitate co-creation of value propositions with the
customer base.
~ Lead local input into global and local pricing.
~ Adapt global healthcare economics models to accurately reflect local environments.

~ Achievement of local P&R and Novartis adoption targets
~ Effective use and improvement of tracking systems to measure access.
~ Shorten product time-to-market
~ Improvement/expansion of patient access
Work Experience
~ Experience with compiling reimbursement dossiers
~ Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics.
~ Understanding of national healthcare, regulatory environment of P&R processes and drug listing.
