YOUR TASKS
- Independent processing and control of outpatient service billing according to TARMED, TARDOC and outpatient flat rates
- Review, processing and correction of referrals, complaints and invoices
- Conducting tariff and insurance-related clarifications with insurers, doctors and internal specialist departments
- Support in optimising billing processes and ensuring revenue quality
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training, ideally in healthcare or with a health or accident insurance company
- Experience in outpatient service billing (TARMED, TARDOC, outpatient flat rates) and referral management
- Good knowledge of social insurances (KVG, UVG, VVG) is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high quality awareness and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and pronounced service orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with hospital information and billing systems
