Your mission :

• Welcome children and their families in a respectful and professional manner.

• Provide support for parenting.

• Ensure the child’s psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being.

• Play a leading role in managing a group of children, animating the team, and proposing suitable playful activities.

• Carry out a preventive role with the child and their family.

• Collaborate and communicate actively with the site management and the entire educational team.

• Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment respecting the values of the Babilou group and each individual’s personality.

• Supervise and organise the daily routine of the children’s groups in the sector to ensure families and children receive impeccable care quality.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the sector teams to guarantee the smooth running of the groups and the care of the children.

• Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere based on fairness, transparency, listening, availability, and efficiency.

Your profile :

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Social and Educational Assistant or equivalent recognised by the competent authority.

• Bilingual level in French/English.

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm.

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility.

• Ease of communication, listening skills, and team spirit.
