ZurichYour Tasks
- You are responsible for the timely and efficient management of health costs (debtors, creditors, KVG billing, recharging, etc.) of the client accounting.
- You lead a team of 14 employees and ensure their professional development through encouragement and support.
- You assist where necessary in the operational daily work of client accounting to help manage peaks.
- You are responsible for the ongoing optimisation of processes and support the further development of collaboration between departments.
- You conduct the annual KVG audit as well as the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training EFZ
- Federal specialist certificate in finance, management and/or health cost management
- Several years of practical accounting experience
- Experience in health cost management and sound knowledge in the area of health insurance and cost processing
- Proven experience in managing administrative staff
- Experience in developing and optimising processes is an advantage
- Flawless oral and written German skills and good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Structured thinking and working style, high social competence and enjoyment in working with the team and various interfaces

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 115,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
