Production Manager: Snacks, Baking & Cooking Ingredients
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the operational management and strategic development of our snacks production
- Together with the management team, you lead and develop the production area in a three-shift operation and promote a high-performing, motivating, and successful collaboration
- You ensure a smooth, timely, and economical production process while always keeping quality, efficiency, and productivity in view
- You actively drive the continuous optimisation of processes and workflows and sustainably develop production with Lean Management and CIP
- You ensure professional collaboration and communication with internal and external interfaces and guarantee compliance with regulations in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, environment, and quality
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in engineering sciences or a higher technical or technological qualification
- You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in industrial production, ideally in a food company with shift operations
- You convince with appreciative, clear, and binding leadership and understand how to specifically develop team leaders and teams
- You act decisively, organised, and solution-oriented and bring a high level of resilience, pragmatism, communication skills, and assertiveness
- You have a deep understanding of production key figures as well as very good user knowledge in SAP, MES, and MS Office
