Vocational Trainer Geomatics
Are you fascinated by data, maps and everything related to geographic information? Would you like to pass on your enthusiasm to our four geomatics apprentices and accompany and support them on their path to becoming future specialists? Then you are in the right place with us!
Your tasks
- You are the central contact person for our geomatics apprentices specialising in geoinformatics and enjoy supporting them in their training
- You coordinate all administrative tasks related to vocational education and training, ensure training places and work closely with our practical trainers
- You ensure that the goals defined in the curriculum are achieved
- You accompany and support the apprentices during the qualification procedure
- You take on tasks in practical training and support the apprentices in developing and implementing exciting GIS projects
Your profile
- Completed training as a geomatician EFZ or equivalent training and several years of professional experience in the field of geoinformation
- Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this alongside work
- Experience in the use of desktop and web GIS products such as Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise or QGIS
