In this responsible role, you lead a dedicated project office team of three employees and support the project managers in leading nationwide projects in integral facility management.
Your main tasks:
- Personnel and professional leadership of the project office team
- Administrative support in projects – from initiation to completion
- Analysis of tools and work equipment for efficient project management
- Control and monitoring of project accounting
- Financial controlling for the construction project management area
- Implementation and management of controlling tasks and tools
- Contact person for the customer for financial reporting
- Monitoring of information and value flows in the project portfolio
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training with business management further education (e.g., specialist certificate, HF or FH)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Extensive practical experience in financial controlling and project accounting
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent German skills as well as good French and English skills
- Empathetic and service-oriented personality with a flair for numbers
