We are looking for a committed and qualified individual for this position.
Your Tasks
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Holistic care and nursing of our residents
- Assuming daily responsibility after introduction
- Additional function: co-responsibility for RAI LTCF possible
- Additional function: co-responsibility in vocational training possible
- Ensuring the flow of information
- Supporting the quality of training and promoting FaGe and AGS trainees
Your Profile
- Qualification as a Health Specialist or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Experience in RAI LTCF, RAI coordinator or supervisor course is an advantage
- Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete one
- Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes
- Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking and initiative
