• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Treatment of orthopaedic and geriatric patients in close cooperation with doctors, nursing staff, and other therapists.

• Completed training in physiotherapy: A recognised diploma in physiotherapy (foreign diplomas with SRK recognition are welcome).

• Empathy: The ability to understand the needs and feelings of patients and support them in the treatment process.
• Motivation and support: Enjoy motivating patients and helping them achieve their therapy goals.
• Language skills: Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2).
