Nursing Specialist 60% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of nursing activities and key worker duties
- Case management and counseling of patients with a social psychiatric focus
- Planning and conducting group therapies
- Taking over triage coordination
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF
- Experience in key worker nursing
- Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
- Communicative, flexible, and open personality with an independent working style and the ability to work across departments and networked.
