Your Tasks
As Deputy Operations Manager, you work closely with the operations management and jointly lead our production kitchen with around 40 employees. In your role as Head Chef and Production Manager, you coordinate the daily operations around the production of approximately 12,500 meals per week for our major clients. Together with the Deputy Operations Management, you ensure the smooth running of daily business as well as various banquet events. You are also responsible for food purchasing and the timely delivery of the produced meals. In this versatile role, you share responsibility for all professional, personnel, and organisational tasks and actively engage in the training and development of our apprentices.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Cook EFZ or Diet Cook EFZ
- Completed further training as Head Chef with a federal certificate of competence
- Professional and leadership experience in large kitchens
- Experience in banquets and catering
- Team-oriented and proactive leadership personality with a high awareness of quality
- Interest in modern planning, production, and manufacturing methods
- Joy and enthusiasm for the profession as well as motivation to contribute to the training of apprentices
- Driving licence category B
