Help us shape the development of LeitWerk Suisse and take responsibility for demanding structural engineering projects in Switzerland.

As part of the LeitWerk Group, we design and manage challenging construction projects. We combine the proximity, decisiveness, and market knowledge of a Swiss company with the experience and professional network of an established corporate group.

Our focus is on construction and project management. We manage projects holistically, from project preparation as well as tendering and awarding through project and construction management, cost, schedule and quality control to handover.
To further expand our location in Zurich, we are looking for a person who takes responsibility, grows with us, and actively shapes the development of LeitWerk Suisse.

Your tasks

• Independent project and construction management of demanding structural engineering projects, especially in the execution phase
• Representing the interests of the client towards planners, contractors and other project participants
• Controlling and monitoring costs, schedules and quality
• Coordinating contractors, specialist planners and internal project participants
• Preparing, leading and recording construction and project meetings
• Checking the execution for compliance with plans, contracts, standards and quality requirements
• Participating in tenders, awards, invoice verification as well as claims and change management
• Accompanying inspections, defect management, commissioning and project handovers
• Ensuring clear documentation and reliable communication with the client

Your profile

• Education: Degree in civil engineering or architecture, qualification as a certified construction manager, technician or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in construction management or construction project management of structural engineering projects in Switzerland
• Swiss construction practice: Good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards, especially SIA, as well as local processes and project culture
• Project management: Confidence in handling costs, schedules, quality, tendering, awarding and claims management
• Personality: Confident appearance, assertiveness, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of collaboration
• Working style: Independent, forward-looking, structured and solution-oriented
• Language: Very good German skills in spoken and written form; other national languages are welcome
