Telephone and written support of clients as well as initial consultation
Coordination and organization of appointments
Creation, review, and processing of deeds and legal documents related to company formations
Correspondence with notaries, commercial registers, and authorities
Support in corporate law processes
Accounts receivable management
General administrative and organizational tasks in the legal environment
Completed commercial training, ideally with further education or experience as a legal assistant
Professional experience in a law firm, notary's office, or legal environment is an advantage
Precise, structured, and independent way of working
Communicative, service-oriented, and resilient personality
German as mother tongue, very good English skills
