For our master builder location in Bern, we are looking for you as our Project Manager Master Builder (m/f/d). Your place of work will be the Bern region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of top-level medicine at the major project Inselspital BB07 in Bern. On the site, the new research and training centre for medicine of the University of Bern is being built – a complex new building with 13 storeys and over 35,000 m² gross floor area. After the specialist foundation work, the demanding structural work now begins, which places the highest demands on coordination, logistics and execution quality. Your responsibilities
- Leading and realising demanding structural buildings
- Commercial and technical management of the project
- Leading the site managers
- Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
- Resource planning and monitoring of contract management
Why you will succeed
- Degree as a certified civil engineer FH, certified master builder or certified site manager TS
- Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience with Swiss standards and construction contract law
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Assertiveness and enthusiasm for building
