To strengthen our team in Thun, we are looking for an

Veterinary Practice Assistant 20-100% (m/f/d)

As a VPA, you are much more than just support – you are the organisational and human heart of our clinic. You ensure that pet owners feel well cared for and that our patients receive the best possible care. Our VPAs are the pivotal point of our veterinary clinic.

Your tasks include, among others:

Collaboration in the areas of internal medicine, surgery, etc.

Assistance during examinations and in the operating theatre

Care and monitoring of in-patients

Professional reception and client care

Administrative tasks in daily clinic operations

Empathetic support during health checks

Active participation in an interdisciplinary clinic team

Diploma as Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ

Technician VAT or in the field of small animal practice laboratory

Enjoyment in dealing with animals and clients

Team player and communicative

Computer skills

Good knowledge of German
