Nursing Specialist HF/FH 60-80% (m/f/d)
In the "Caring for Relatives" service, clients in need of care receive the best possible person-centered care from their relatives. The caregiving relatives are advised, accompanied, and supported by nursing specialists HF/FH. The caregiving relatives are compensated and insured for the work they perform.
We are looking for a nursing specialist HF/FH with case management for the canton of Aargau by arrangement.
We offer: high autonomy, flexible working hours, home office, and participation in the expansion of this service.
Your tasks
- You lead the nursing process and ensure the best possible person-centered care quality for the clients
- You advise and support the caregiving relatives
- You organize relief services
- You contribute to the development of the service
Our requirements
- For this responsible role, we require an HF/FH degree and nursing experience, preferably in Spitex
- You enjoy working independently, are well organized, and act responsibly
- As a committed nursing specialist, you have strong communication skills
- You have a valid driver's license and your own car
The workplace is Aarau AG.
Start date: 01.09.2026 or by arrangement
