Our client is an established retirement and care centre in the Zurich region, providing a home for over 100 elderly people with varying care needs and rounding off its offering with specialised care forms as well as supplementary residential and day structures.
Quality of life, autonomy and safety of the residents are at the heart of modern and proven care concepts, with the aim of continuously developing as an attractive employer. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as a Health Specialist EFZ by arrangement.

Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)

• Care of up to 28 residents within the team
• Communication with general practitioners and relatives
• Coordination of a structured, resident-oriented daily routine
• Recognition of changes in condition and emergency situations
• Initiation of appropriate measures when necessary
• Maintaining care documentation
• Evaluation of care measures
• Completion of assessments
• Assuming daily responsibility in the department

• Completed vocational training as Health Specialist EFZ
• Team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
• Empathetic and professionally competent handling of elderly people
• Experience in maintaining care documentation is an advantage
• Ability to assess health changes
• Confident manner towards relatives and professionals
• Organisational talent for a structured daily routine
• Resilient and reliable working style in shift work
