The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.

From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a specialist for the Krone residential home in Walzenhausen in the

Secretariat 40% (m/f/d)

What to expect:

In this varied role, you will support the site management in administrative and organisational matters and ensure the smooth running of the secretariat with commitment and organisational skills. You will independently carry out administrative and reception duties as well as correspondence, check and code creditor invoices, manage the petty cash independently and be available for telephone enquiries. In addition, you will support the implementation of digitalisation processes at the Waldheim Foundation.

What we expect:

Completed commercial training and practical experience in the secretariat area or as an executive assistant
Openness in dealing with our residents
Enjoyment in contact with people and strong communication skills
Responsible, independent and proactive personality with a strong service orientation and pronounced organisational skills
Very good IT user skills (MS Office, SharePoint) and confident German language skills
Loyalty, confidentiality, team orientation and humour
