- you provide 2nd level support for a wide portfolio of applications; you analyze, reproduce, and resolve issues together with 1st level support, the development team, and external partners
- you ensure the availability, stability, and performance of the applications
- you advise internal users and work closely with various stakeholders and external service providers
- you plan and coordinate deployments, releases, and updates
- you identify optimization potentials, drive improvements, maintain technical documentation, and create knowledge articles
You will succeed here if
- you have experience in application management and 2nd level support
- you are well versed in web and enterprise applications (e.g., ERPs, personnel information systems, media systems)
- you have knowledge of databases (SQL) and interfaces (REST, API)
- you are familiar with ITIL processes such as incident or change management
- you have strong communication skills and enjoy working with various departments
- you have training in the ICT field or equivalent professional experience
