About the job
You will take on an interesting range of tasks in a lively, future-oriented work environment. These include:
Merchandising/Rental Material Area
- Checking, ordering, and managing promotional materials.
- Processing all rental material requests including organization with the merchandising staff.
Order Management Area
- Customer contact as well as order entry.
- Deputizing in order management during the absence of the person responsible.
Events Area
- Monitoring of advertising and tasting materials (including inventory).
- Active participation in the implementation/participation in events.
- You have a commercial education and experience in a comparable position.
- You are proficient in the usual MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- For our bilingual company, you bring very good knowledge of German and French.
- You are a team player, communicative and committed, and you also stand out in hectic situations through reliability and a "big picture" perspective.
- You are willing to work one Saturday per month (9 am - 12 pm, home office).
