We are looking for a Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Our department belongs to the Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.
Your role
- Execute and book transactions such as subscriptions and transfers orders for PE Funds and Private Placements.
- Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.
- Support and liaise with internal clients daily.
- Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.
- Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.
- Participate in UATs and projects.
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- Experience of 1 to 5 years in Private Assets Operations is a plus.
- Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest in automation and new technologies with the ability to design and maintain automated operational tools (Power Query, Power BI, scripts, low code, etc.) is a valued asset.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
