What to expect
With us, you take on responsibility and accompany the entire manufacturing process.
- Programming and setting up our modern 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling centres
- Determining the optimal machining strategy
- Selecting and preparing the tools
- Running in, optimising and releasing the programmes for process-secure series production
- Independent quality control of the manufactured workpieces
- Analysing and rectifying manufacturing deviations
- Documenting and maintaining the CNC programmes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes (CIP)
- Maintenance and care of the production equipment
What you bring with you
- Training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ) or comparable technical training
- Experience in programming and setting up CNC milling machines
- CAD/CAM knowledge is an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern manufacturing technology
- Independent, precise and reliable working style
- Quality awareness, team spirit and initiative
