Your Tasks

Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines
Respectful and loving accompaniment of residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the center
Participation in reports, team meetings, and further training
Ensuring complete, professional, and differentiated care
Independent and continuous maintenance of care documentation

What You Bring

Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or equivalent training
Experience in long-term care is an advantage
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
High social and self-competence as well as service orientation
Reliable and resilient personality that maintains a respectful interaction with residents and their relatives
Joy in being part of a team and "closer to the people"
