Tasks

• Assessment of work and reintegration capacity of individuals based on interviews, records, and medical examinations
• Preparation of insurance medical reports and medical assessments
• Professional support and advice for insurance and reintegration specialists
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with treating doctors and other stakeholders
• Participation in the prompt and thorough clarification of benefit claims
• Analysis of complex medical issues and development of comprehensible decisions
• Participation in projects, training sessions, or other specialist topics

Profile

• Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or another medical specialty with several years of professional experience
• Interest in insurance medical and social insurance law issues
• Strong analytical and interconnected thinking skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• High willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
• Loyal, constructive, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• No professional practice licence (BAB) is required for this role.
