In the shared flats Feld in Flawil, sixteen people with cognitive and physical impairments live in two apartments. They are accompanied and supported by a team of fourteen professionals. For this shared flat, we are looking for a caregiver 70 - 80 % as a maternity cover, starting 01.10.2026, limited until the end of July 2027.

You can expect a varied and exciting field of work:

• Accompanying and supporting the residents in terms of independence and maintaining their abilities
• Taking over or actively supporting the care of the residents
• Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and leisure activities
• Carrying out administrative tasks and taking on various departments
• Taking on shift responsibility and key worker duties
• Taking on night on-call duty

• Completed training as a care professional, health professional or comparable qualification

• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and passive night on-call duty
