International Customer Service Clerk (a) 80-100%
YOUR TASKS
- Contact person for international customer inquiries by phone or via our helpdesk and ensuring competent customer support
- Coordination and handling of respective customer concerns from inquiry to solution
- Responsible for the administrative order processing from the receipt of defective products to the delivery of new spare parts
- Management of the local spare parts warehouse (exchange process with the international central warehouse)
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial or technical-commercial vocational training as well as several years of professional experience, preferably in the machinery industry
- Experience in the technical customer service environment (service)
- Good Microsoft Office and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required; French or other languages are helpful
