• You strengthen our team on the geriatric and neuropsychiatric ward as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF/FH.
• In the interdisciplinary team, you take on the role of a reference person for the individual, needs- and resource-oriented care and nursing of our patients.
• You accompany the nursing process with heart and professional competence; you also master complex situations confidently and take responsibility.
• You always ensure professional nursing within the nursing standards.
• Your tasks also include daily life design, administration, and the implementation of medical orders.
• You carefully document and report observations, both orally and in writing, and maintain an open, communicative approach.
• You gladly share your knowledge and actively support trainees.
• With commitment, you contribute to the continuous development of ward services and processes.

• You have successfully completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• You confidently bring German language skills at least at C1 level.
• Professional experience in psychiatry or long-term care is an advantage; alternatively, you are motivated to familiarize yourself with this field.
• Social competence, resilience, and an independent, responsible way of working characterize you, as well as the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• IT skills facilitate your administrative tasks and optimally utilize your organizational abilities.
• You like to take responsibility, present yourself as an authentic personality, and always communicate on equal footing.
