• Resolution of technical faults on household appliances of all brands
• Advising our customers
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction 

What you bring

• Experience in repairing household appliances
• Completed technical training, ideally in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for household appliances
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Friendly and customer-oriented manner
• Driving licence category B
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
