To strengthen our team in the Stamping department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Department Head Stamping (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsible tasks include, among others:

• Leading and further developing the Stamping department with around 20 to 25 employees and two directly reporting managers
• Ensuring quality, productivity, adherence to deadlines, and occupational safety
• Planning and controlling personnel, machine, and production capacities
• Continuous optimisation of processes, equipment, and workflows (CIP)
• Analysing key figures as well as initiating and implementing improvement measures
• Supporting technical clarifications, investment, and automation projects
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training with further education in production, management, or business administration
• Several years of leadership and production experience in industrial series production
• Experience in stamping technology, metal processing, or a comparable production environment is an advantage
• Knowledge in production planning, process optimisation, and quality management
• Confident handling of SAP and common MS Office applications as well as very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Entrepreneurial, structured, and solution-oriented personality with high leadership and social competence
