Your Team
For our Private Clients team, we are looking for a service-oriented, proactive, and motivated individual as a Customer Advisor 80-100%. You have completed a commercial basic education and have already gained some professional experience (one to two years). Together with the team, you ensure comprehensive advice and support for our clients. In addition, you support the team in optimising processes and on the path to a digital way of working.
Your Tasks
- Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships as well as ensuring a high level of service quality
- Handling customer enquiries and providing support with questions about products, services, transactions, and processes
- Accompanying the entire customer process from account opening through changes to deposits and withdrawals as well as other customer instructions
- Coordinating and processing customer orders in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners
- Ensuring the correct and timely processing of customer and business transactions in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Maintaining customer and master data and ensuring high data quality
- Identifying customer needs and optimisation potentials as well as contributing improvement suggestions for products, processes, and services
- Documenting and reporting relevant customer activities and business transactions
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic education (EFZ), ideally in the financial sector
- Initial professional experience in investment and asset advice is an advantage
- Good IT user skills in MS Office as well as experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of IT security and data protection
- Service-oriented working style and strong analytical thinking skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
