CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / CHIEF ELECTROMECHANICAL FITTER BSA
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH USYou lead your construction sites and ensure the professional and timely processing of orders. You represent Marti Technik AG competently externally and towards the client, planners, and suppliers. With your expertise and appearance, you gain trust and thus follow-up orders. You lead proactively and plan the employee resources. You promote and develop your team and ensure that regulations are observed. Within the entire construction site process, you take responsibility for AVOR, measurement, and billing.
Additional area of responsibility:
- Electrical installations in commercial and industrial buildings as well as in transport
- Responsible for efficient processing
- Compliance with project specifications, quality, and deadlines
- Management of materials and tools
- Leadership and control of construction journals / time reports
- Assistance with commissioning
- Planning and organisation of required inspections
- Responsibility for occupational safety on the construction site
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Completed training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as an electrician, network electrician or assembly electrician with several years of experience
- Additional professional training and/or experience in group leadership are advantageous
- Thanks to your flexible and responsible nature, you reliably and quality-consciously master demanding situations
- You convince customers and suppliers with professional communication and negotiation skills
- Reading and understanding plans and schematics
- Reliable and independent working style
- Willingness to undertake further training
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
- IT skills
