Our team in the Building Construction Department is committed to municipal properties - mainly schools and kindergartens - throughout their entire lifecycle. To complement our team, we are looking for a service-oriented individual from 1 March 2027 or by arrangement as
YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE ARE:
- the care and maintenance of outdoor facilities, green spaces, and paved hard surfaces.
- the proper separation, disposal, and management of waste and recyclable materials.
- collaboration in the structural and technical maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- carrying out winter services to ensure operational and traffic safety on the premises.
- performing maintenance, intermediate, and deep cleaning in the buildings.
- competent support and assistance to our users regarding matters related to the property.
- acting as a deputy for staff in the caretaking area.
YOUR PROFILE FITS EXCELLENTLY IF YOU:
- have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, specialising in caretaking, or have a comparable qualification.
- hold a category B driving licence (mandatory).
- have good oral and written German skills.
- ideally have some professional experience and a flair for the requirements of school operations.
- contribute to constructive exchange with your commitment, strong customer orientation, and reliable manner.
- distinguish yourself through an independent, efficient, and service-oriented working style.
- have good PC user skills.
