Planning Manager Real Estate Development Zurich

Your tasks

• Drawing up fee contracts with specialist planners and experts
• Phase- and deadline-compliant planning coordination of all project participants
• Timely obtaining and documenting necessary approvals and decisions of internal and external project participants
• Planning the planning: creating and updating the planning and submission schedule; defining and coordinating phase completions, submission packages and milestones with the planning team as well as ensuring timely plan delivery
• Quality assurance of the planning process regarding adherence to costs, deadlines and quality as well as identifying and minimising project risks
• Checking and approving all documents of the specialist planners regarding completeness, feasibility and compliance with standards
• Target-actual control of the TU/GU contract bases with the actual project planning status
• Ensuring the legally binding building permit including all necessary official and specialist office clarifications
• Coordinating the planning implementation and timely fulfilment of the requirements from the building permit
• Leading and recording planning and client meetings
• Implementing and managing the document platform
• Creating and updating a phase-appropriate construction description

Your profile

• Training as an architect ETH/FH
• Experience in timber construction
• Further education to MAS Real Estate Management or similar
• Experience in project and execution planning
• Solid knowledge of CAD, desktop publishing, MS Office suite
• Economic thinking and entrepreneurial action
• High commitment
