At the headquarters in Muttenz near Basel as well as the subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, and Mumbai, a total of around 120 people work. To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Muttenz/BL, we are looking for a Spare Parts Manager (all genders) for components of chemical plants. Main tasks

Independent support of our long-standing customers in the assigned area
Technical and commercial clarification of customer inquiries
Preparation of offers for complex apparatus, heat exchangers, and spare parts for

Chemical plants

Processing of spare parts orders in the ERP system
Preparation of calculations using market-appropriate spare parts pricing
Independent conduct of sales negotiations
Preparation of order confirmations and finalization of letters of credit
Complete order processing from order to on-time delivery

Your profile

You have technical as well as business-related education and training corresponding to the position
Professional experience in a similar function in international sales with a technical

orientation

Fluent English skills in spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
You are practiced and skilled in using ERP systems and MS Office programs
You are a team player, resilient, committed, and pragmatic
You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy working in a team
Willingness to relocate near Basel/Muttenz
Ideally Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen
