To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Muttenz/BL, we are looking for a Spare Parts Manager (all genders) for components of chemical plants. Main tasks- Independent support of our long-standing customers in the assigned area
- Technical and commercial clarification of customer inquiries
- Preparation of offers for complex apparatus, heat exchangers, and spare parts for
- Processing of spare parts orders in the ERP system
- Preparation of calculations using market-appropriate spare parts pricing
- Independent conduct of sales negotiations
- Preparation of order confirmations and finalization of letters of credit
- Complete order processing from order to on-time delivery
- You have technical as well as business-related education and training corresponding to the position
- Professional experience in a similar function in international sales with a technical
- Fluent English skills in spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
- You are practiced and skilled in using ERP systems and MS Office programs
- You are a team player, resilient, committed, and pragmatic
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy working in a team
- Willingness to relocate near Basel/Muttenz
- Ideally Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen
