About the job

Your missions:

• In collaboration with your ASE colleagues, organise the socio-cultural life of a geriatric psychiatry unit
• Promote community life and develop projects involving residents
• Define, lead and evaluate personalised support projects for residents in close interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensure personal care and participation in ADLs
• Supervise and evaluate apprentices, interns or students

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as socio-educational assistant (ASE), essential
• Successful experience in the field of geriatric psychiatry
• Certificate as company trainer (FEE), an advantage
• Interest in supporting people with neurocognitive disorders
• Interest in teamwork and communication skills
• Autonomous, methodical and organised
• Open to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Driving licence essential and experience driving a minibus
