Asset Manager Real Estate (80 – 100 %)
In this key role, you develop strategies for sustainable value preservation and long-term return optimisation of the diverse portfolio with hotels, retail and gastronomy spaces, as well as parking and infrastructure facilities, reporting directly to a member of the executive management. You analyse the condition of the properties, prioritise measures, and prepare corresponding investment and maintenance plans. This creates the basis for professional CAPEX and lifecycle management, you plan and control budgets, and coordinate implementation together with property management, facility management, and external partners.
We are looking for an experienced individual with proven project management and professional leadership skills. You bring several years of experience in asset management, real estate, or construction (architect, project manager, or similar) as well as appropriate training, ideally complemented by business administration further education at FH/University level or equivalent (e.g. MAS Real Estate or Real Estate Management). You are familiar with complex real estate structures and combine construction understanding with conceptual and economic thinking. Initiative and organisational skills characterise you as much as the ability to bring together different stakeholders and drive topics forward. Very good German and English skills are required.
