Your tasks
Do you enjoy making phone calls, keeping an overview even when several things are happening at once, and like contact with people? Then you are exactly right with us.
As an important hub in our telephone switchboard and sales support, you are often the first contact for our customers. You answer calls, respond to questions, coordinate appointments and ensure that concerns quickly reach the right person.
Behind the scenes, you keep the threads together: you maintain customer and address data, support order entry and help out where our sales support team needs you. And because we are making our sales and customer processes increasingly digital step by step, your ideas are also in demand – you can actively help shape new procedures and contribute creatively. During holiday absences, you support the team flexibly with a temporarily higher workload.
Your profile
You enjoy communicating, work reliably and keep an overview even in lively situations. Experience in customer service, reception or call centre is an advantage – as is a commercial basic education. You have enthusiasm for the green sector, are confident in using MS Office and have a good command of German and Swiss German. Additional national languages are a plus. A flexible, team-oriented working style rounds off your profile.
