Your Tasks
- Advising our customers (direct customers and travel agencies, mainly via telephone)
- Selling our products and handling the entire booking process
- Tour operating support for the operating team in the following areas:
- Quota monitoring
- Making reservations
- Contact with service providers
- Compiling travel documentation for the bus driver
- Invoice control, etc.
- Participation in production
- Assignments at trade fairs
- Customer support at trip departures
Your Profile
- In training in the field of tourism
- Sales talent
- Enthusiastic, resilient, customer- and team-oriented personality
- Good PC user skills in Excel and Word
- Independent and responsible working
