For our banking client in Central Switzerland we are looking to support the existing team with an empathetic, communicative and upbeat employee:BANK CUSTOMER ADVISOR INBOUND 100%
with a technical affinity, who remains patient and level-headed even in hectic times or more complicated cases.
Your responsibility
WHAT YOU DO
- Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries by telephone, e-mail or chat
- Advising customers on products, services and ordering processes
- Handling complaints and return requests in compliance with service standards
- Documenting and maintaining customer data in the internal CRM system
Your profile
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant customer service experience
- You love dealing with people and your goal is to help every customer
- You are technically savvy (IT, smartphone, internet) and enjoy working on the phone & screen
- You have native-level German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are a plus.
