On the one hand, the provision of all material, IT and building infrastructure for the six departments of the directorate. On the other hand, the operation of school, sports, care, leisure and youth facilities for the users. We are a flexible, lean organisation with a high degree of participation. We treat each other as equals across all functions.
Our corporate culture
Lively, honest, together, open: These four values form the basis for dialogue with our customers but also for collaboration within our team. We create more than infrastructure – we inspire. We grant our teams (office / facility) the greatest possible freedom in work organisation. High autonomy does not mean lone wolf behaviour. On the contrary; we place great value on exchange, mutual support and sharing knowledge.
